Responsible Gaming at mr77 — Your safety is our priority

mr77 believes that entertainment is meaningful only when it is safe and controlled. Our responsible gaming policy helps you enjoy yourself within healthy limits.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online gaming and betting is primarily a form of entertainment. But when it becomes a habit and creates financial or emotional stress, it is important to seek help. mr77 is committed to creating a responsible gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. We want you to always stay in control — our platform, your choice, your terms.

Responsible gaming means setting a budget, sticking to time limits, and knowing when to take a break. mr77 provides a number of effective tools and resources to support you at every step. Our 24/7 Bengali-language support team is always ready.

Remember: gaming is for fun. Playing to recover losses or playing with borrowed money is not responsible behaviour. If gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact us today.

21+ This site is only for those aged 21 or above. Age verification is mandatory.

Our Protection Tools

mr77's responsible gaming features keep you safe

Set Deposit Limits

Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies to increase it.

Time-Out

If you feel you need a break, temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in or place bets.

Self-Exclusion

If you want a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. Options are available to close your account from 6 months up to permanently. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the previously set time ends.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the set time is up, an automatic warning message will appear to help you stop on time.

Betting History and Review

View your complete betting history, win and loss details, and deposit and withdrawal records at any time. Analyse your own behaviour and make informed decisions.

Age Verification

mr77 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Age is verified at registration and we actively take steps to prevent underage access.
