1 General Terms and Definitions
In this document, "mr77", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the mr77.cam website and all related services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
Registration Requirements
To create an account at mr77, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number and other details you provide at registration must exactly match your identity documents. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.
Identity Verification (KYC)
mr77 may verify your identity at any time. Copies of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, as well as proof of payment method, may be requested. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals if verification is not completed.
- Providing a valid mobile number at registration is mandatory.
- Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
- Transferring, selling or giving your account to a third party is prohibited.
3 Age Limit and Responsibility
Participation in online gaming is entirely voluntary. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are using this service knowingly. It is strictly prohibited for any person to operate an account on behalf of a dependent (minor).

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
mr77 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The payment method used for deposits and the registered member's details must match. Inconsistent transactions may be held pending investigation.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals will be approved subject to investigation.
- Initiating a chargeback on any transaction is strictly prohibited.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling 15 times (15x) the combined deposit and bonus amount must be placed.
For example: if you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus (total ৳4,000). To withdraw this bonus, bets worth ৳4,000 × 15 = ৳60,000 must be placed.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers must be claimed within a specified time period.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions — please read them before claiming.
- mr77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Bets placed using bonus balance will count as full wagering.
VIP Program
mr77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play.
6 Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
mr77 guarantees fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our game software providers comply with international standards and use a Random Number Generator (RNG).
Technical Errors
If a technical fault or server failure causes an abnormal outcome in any game, mr77 reserves the right to void the bets for that round and refund the original stake. Winnings resulting from an error are not valid.
Game Rules
- Each game has its own rules, which are available in the game interface.
- Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed.
- The use of automated software, bots or scripts is strictly prohibited.
- If a network connection is lost, the outcome of the current round will be determined by the server.

7 Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mr77 and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Operating an account using a false identity.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Cheating or colluding in games.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Hacking, phishing or attempting to access another user's account.
- Using bots or automated software.
- Harassing or threatening other members.
Before closing an account or forfeiting a balance, mr77 will conduct a thorough investigation. The member will be given an opportunity to present their case. The account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

Enforceability and Severability

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. If a translation into any other language exists, the Bengali version will take precedence.
